cover scooter ~ this went pretty well and i think i already have a consistent habit of covering my scooter now
daily fist pushup 10 reps x2 ~ went well as well except i don’t see much improvement physically, but i’m feeling a bit stronger now and doing 10 reps really easily
APRIL HABITS
daily fist pushup 15 reps x2 ~ i’m going to continue with fist pushup monthly until i could hit 30 reps by july (if all went well)
stop running ~ habit forming is so effective that i had problem stopping to run when i put on my running shoes. unfortunately, my heel injured (plantar fasciitis). while runnin 30mins pose no problem, it doesn’t seems to help in healing. so i’m gonna stop running for 3 months. instead of running, i will switch to either elliptical cross trainer or swimming
